 By launching this nonprofit we are purposefully creating a digital community. We can introduce you to more people and unlock valuable collaborations and exclusive content, specifically related to the needs of Black women. At Melanated Pearl Corporation personal and professional development and financial literacy for Black women, is about much more than simply gathering and sharing the tools; it’s about connecting with our community, understanding how to serve as leaders, and empower the next generation of diverse stakeholders. Year 1 -2018-2019 Logos can help businesses in their endeavor to create a first and lasting positive impact on the viewers and the target audience. Every business has a logo to represent its values and attributes in the market and public. But the logo alone isn’t capable of taking the business effectively to the people. It has to MEAN something! That said, it’s important that you know and understand our logo! Our Logo Symbols are a succinct and efficient way of communicating information about your business. A logo is an important part of your company's brand, and makes a significant impact on a company's public perception. Pearl symbolizes the strength and beauty of black women to take in oppression, abuse, denial, pain, deception, poverty (the list is endless) and turn it into something strong, resilient, priceless, and beautiful.  While Georgia was being heralded for its prison reform practices, thousands of Black women and girls were silently enduring the trauma of Black men and boys repeatedly removed from their schools, homes, families, communities and lives. These opposing realities led Crystal Perry to launch Melanated PEARL to provide life hacks, motivation and support called “Black Girl Pearls” to the women and girls whose male family members are being funneled through the school-to-prison pipeline at alarming rates.

Melanated Pearl Corporation is a 501c3 non profit organization located in Hampton, Ga a subsection of Clayton County established in November 2018. PEARL is an acronym meaning Passionate Engaged Activists, Resisting Limitations and we speak to our audiences passions, engage them, give them a call to action and show them how to resist the idea that they are limited in any way. Melanated Pearl Corporation plays a vital role in building a healthy community by providing critical services that contribute to economic stability and mobility of women. Our organization targets services for Black Women in the Metro Atlanta area. Our mission is to empower, educate and uplift Black Women.
