This incredible initiative—Strengthening Hope, Impact, and Frameworks Together—brings together nonprofits, churches, service providers, and community leaders to create a more coordinated support system across Clayton County. 

Under the visionary leadership of  Chairwoman Dr. Alieka Anderson-Henry, Clayton County, SHIFT is dedicated to stabilizing and empowering individuals, families, organizations, and communities. 

At the Clayton County Coordinated Entry Partners' Working Session on July 9, 2025, community and nonprofit leaders united to streamline and strengthen support services by promoting collaboration, reducing duplication of efforts, improving accessibility, and building capacity among partners.
